Returns and Refunds

Returns We want you to love your Worthy Wave Co. order. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags still attached
• Free from damage, stains, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Print-on-demand items (made to order specifically for you) unless defective or damaged
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return Contact us at worthywaveco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
